    Fixed a display bug where the calendar's Today marker and the date picker were both stuck one day behind the real date.

    Block a month of rooms in one action

    Block many rooms at once for maintenance or renovation in a single action — and undo the whole block in one action too, instead of clicking through each room.

    Closed several money-tracking gaps

    Payments taken outside the normal flow are now always recorded, room blocks stop being counted as guests or cancellations in your reports, and refunds always leave a trail.

    Clearer room cards on the booking engine

    Photos now show in the order you set them, and a dorm room says "X beds left" instead of the confusing "rooms left".

    Added a plain explanation of what happens after your subscription's first charge, including the grace period if a payment fails.

    Reservation totals always match the folio

    Fixed a bug where a reservation's total could drift from what was actually charged on the folio after mid-stay edits. The total now always follows the folio.

    Guest booking page opens without login

    Guests can open their booking confirmation page directly, without being asked to sign in first.

    Rooms hold while a guest pays

    A room now holds for a guest while they complete payment. If they never pay, the hold is removed — it no longer shows up in your reports as a cancellation.

    Every action in guest history is logged

    Guest history now records every action taken and which staff member did it. Payment methods also show their real name — a Bold payment no longer shows up labeled "Stripe".

    Group bookings send one email, not five

    A group booking now sends one confirmation email to the group instead of one per guest — and walk-in guests without an email no longer trigger alert spam to staff.

    Bookings from Google Hotel Search now show up as their own source on the calendar and in reports, instead of being lumped in as "other".

    Added a staff calendar alongside the full schedule, and a running balance per activity — so payments for tours and events get recorded and tracked like every other charge.
