Yes. My Shifts shows only their own assignments; the full week and every schedule live in a separate tab for managers.
How do I know when a volunteer’s stay is ending?
The staff calendar draws a bar for every volunteer with a start and end date, so you see who’s leaving next before it surprises you.
Do shifts have to be the same every week?
No — build a new schedule from your template whenever you want, and edit individual assignments without touching the template itself.
What if a volunteer owes money for an activity they joined?
A manager with the right permission sees their balance right on the staff calendar and can record a cash payment or send a Stripe pay link.
